Better Uphill Access Communications

We have updated our communications regarding how we post whether uphill access is open or closed. On the "Runs Open" page of website, we now have three different times that will be marked either open or closed. They are 1) from 5:45 AM Until Ski Area Opening, 2) During Ski Area Operational Hours, and 3) From Ski Area Closing Until 5:45 AM. The Ski Patrol will update this page each morning by 5:45. Some afternoons we know that uphill access will be closed the next morning and we can update the page ahead of time.

While still not quite perfect, I hope this can reduce  a lot of the confusion surrounding the opening and closing of uphill access. Thanks to all of you that gave us feedback that helped improve our system.
